Design: High-speed paddle mixer with high shear & impact forces for cohesive powders, slurries, and liquids.

Working Principle:

  • Conical vessel with a high-speed rotor (tip speed: 3–30 m/s).

  • Centrifugal force pushes material to the wall → upward movement.

  • Domed cover redirects material to the center.

  • Impact blade breaks agglomerates for uniform mixing.

  • Ultra-fast batch processing with homogeneous output.
